Start with any mineral based makeup remover

Yep! You read that right! Makeup remover is the secret to safely removing glue from your wig and scalp. Now I know, currently, everyone is using alcohol but think about that. Rubbing alcohol is a really harsh chemical! It is not meant to be used on hair. The elements in alcohol are very drying to your hair and scalp. Which in turn weakens your hair shaft and can cause your hair to fall out.

STOP USING IT!

In this easy step you want to take a soaked pad with make up remover and begin to dampen your edges with the make up remover. Check out this video clip:

Add more make up remover in the frontal lace area of your wig

Now just take your make up remover bottle and carefully pour a larger amount of the make up remover further into your edges area. You can let that sit for 5 minutes and your wig should then just slide right off!
You will notice that the glue on your scalp and your lace wig will bead up and you can gently remove those beads from your hair and wig.
It is easy as that!
