Azul Hair Collection wants you to be perfectly happy with you purchase. We offer a standard refund policy with these 3 simple steps:

1. Notify us within 7 days of you receiving your purchase.
2. Make sure you have not installed, cut,dyed or damaged /processed the hair in any way
3. We will exchange and/or refund your money within 3 days of receipt of the item returned  to us.

PLEASE NOTE INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
We do not offer Free Return service. 
We are not responsible for any customs charges.
*The customer is solely responsible for negotiating issues with their respective government.

Items Noted 2-Day Shipping: Will ship in 24-48 business hours
US Customers: Ship via FedEx,UPS, USPS or DHL
*Please allow 1 to 3 business days for delivery.
Signature is required for delivery. We cannot ship to Po Boxes.
International Customers: Ship via DHL or FedEx.
*Please allow up to 5 business days to deliver to your address.

OTHER SHIPPING DETAILS

Shipping method selected at checkout applies after product is ready to ship.

Your shipment will NOT require a signature. If you would like us to ship requiring a signature please specify in the notes section of your order. Or send us an email at info@azulhaircollection.com. We will do our best to add that requirement for you.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is your responsibility of the buyer to ensure you enter the correct shipping address. There is  a 1 to 2 day opportunity to update any information. Please email us at info@azulhaircollection.com as soon as you realize there is a correction to your address.

DELIVERED BUT YOU DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER

You will be sent a tracking number for your shipment. If the tracking confirms that your purchase was delivered to the address given please contact the carrier as soon as possible so they can investigate what has happened.

Azul Hair Collection is not responsible for lost shipments where the tracking identifies that the shipment was delivered.

Our advice if you think there may be issue with your package being stolen, you can request a signature release of your package and/or have the shipment sent to a more secure location. For example, your office or post office.
